A regular practice of yoga and meditation teaches us how to quiet the mind by placing the attention on the breath, and also on the movement and stillness of the body.

Private classes means that the focus is all on YOU! Your specific needs are addressed in-depth. Sessions may involve mantra (meditation), asana (poses), and pranayama (the breath).
